The VibePicture Studio Is Live: /app Workstation, MiniMax H3 Max Video, and a Same-Photo Homepage

VibePicture now has a real studio. After you sign in, work happens under /app instead of bouncing between marketing pages. Image to Video also picks up MiniMax H3 Max, and the homepage finally shows what the product does: one photo, four different results, same person.
What changed
The public pages are still there for search: text-to-image, hairstyle, Ghibli, and the rest. Those URLs did not go away. The generating, editing, and history now live in one signed-in workspace at /app.
That split was overdue. Marketing pages need to rank. A studio needs a sidebar, recent work, and a place to continue a job without losing the thread.
How the studio is organized
Open /app after you sign in. You get a dashboard of tools, then a sidebar that groups them the way people actually look for them:
- AI tools pinned at the top: text to image, image to image, image to video
- Portrait: hairstyle, avatar, profile card
- Edit: background remover, upscale, object removal, outliner, layered edit
- Styles: Ghibli, stickers, pencil sketch, relighting, the style catalog
- Creativity and design: idiom-to-image, iOS emoji icons, bead maker
Each tool still has its own /app/... route. History stays at /app/history. If you land on an old marketing URL while logged in, you can keep reading it; the run button takes you into the studio.
Image to Video: Flux 3, Seedance 2.5, H3 Max
/app/image-to-video now exposes three models. Pick from the model menu; credits scale with resolution and seconds, same as before.
Flux 3 (Black Forest Labs) — 720p or 1080p, 5–20 seconds or Auto, aspect ratio control, optional synced audio.
Seedance 2.5 (ByteDance) — 480p or 720p, 4–30 seconds or Auto, optional end frame and audio. Good when you want a start frame and a destination frame.
H3 Max (MiniMax) — 480p, 768p, or 1080p, 5–15 seconds. Optional end frame. No Auto duration and no generated audio. Cheaper per second than the other two, which makes it the sensible first pass when you are still hunting for the motion.
A motion prompt is required on all three. Vague “make it cinematic” still underperforms; “slow push-in, she turns toward the window, cloth moves in a light breeze” is the kind of line that actually changes the clip.
The homepage shows one person, four tools
The homepage hero is no longer a pile of unrelated samples. It is one source photo and four results from that same face:
Click a result to open that tool. The point is not decoration. If the product can do four different jobs from one upload, the first screen should prove it.
Try it
- Sign in and open /app.
- Run a still in text-to-image or image-to-image.
- Send a frame into /app/image-to-video and try H3 Max at 768p for a cheap motion test, then Flux 3 or Seedance if you need audio or a longer clip.
Credits, history, and downloads are the same account you already use. If a run fails, it does not charge.
